Cookie Policy

1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. Cookies make the site work properly, remember your preferences and – if you allow it – help us measure how the site is used.
2. How We Obtain Consent
On your first visit a cookie notice appears at the bottom of the screen. Non-essential (analytics) cookies are not loaded until you select “Accept”. The “Decline” option is offered just as prominently, and declining does not restrict any function of the site. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days.
3. Cookies Used on This Site
a) Essential Cookies
Required for the site to operate securely; no consent is needed.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| gammapak-session | Gammapak | Maintaining your session and matching form submissions to the right page | 2 hours |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Gammapak | Protecting forms against cross-site request forgery | 2 hours |
| gammapak_cookie_consent | Gammapak | Remembering your cookie preference | 180 days |
| _GRECAPTCHA | Blocking bot and spam submissions to our forms | 6 months |
b) Analytics Cookies (consent-based)
Loaded only if you select “Accept”. They let us measure, in aggregate and statistical form, which pages are viewed and how often.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishing one visitor from another | 2 years |
| _ga_<measurement id> | Google Analytics | Persisting session state | 2 years |
We use Google Analytics data solely to measure visit statistics; we do not use it for advertising or remarketing and we do not share it with third parties. For more on Google’s data practices see the Google Privacy Policy and the notice on Google partner sites.
4. International Transfers
Data collected through Google cookies may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC on servers outside Türkiye. Consenting to analytics cookies also means giving explicit consent to that transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Changing Your Preferences
You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, or accept if you previously declined.
You can also block cookies entirely or delete stored cookies from your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some sections – forms in particular – may stop working. Browser instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
6. Further Information
For detailed information on how we process your personal data and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, see our Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy. For any question, contact us at [email protected].
