**Information you provide.** Through the Contact Form and the Irradiation Request Form we collect your name and surname, company name and address, e-mail address, phone number and the content of the form. Completing these forms is entirely your choice, but the required fields must be filled in for us to handle your request.

**Information collected automatically.** When you visit the site, our servers record your IP address, browser and operating system information, the date and time of your visit and the page viewed. These logs are used for site security, fault diagnosis and the prevention of misuse.

We do not use the information you submit through our forms to send advertising or marketing messages without separate, explicit consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

The typefaces used on our site are served from our own server, so no data is transferred to any third party when fonts are loaded.

The Google services listed above may process data on servers outside Türkiye. This constitutes an international transfer under Article 9 of the KVKK. Transfers for analytics purposes are made solely on the basis of your cookie consent; if you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded on the site. Transfers that are strictly necessary for security and rendering are required for the site to function.

#### 6. Data Security

All traffic between the site and your browser is encrypted with HTTPS. Form records are accessible only to authorised staff through a password-protected administration panel with additional security measures. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
